Expectant Mothers & Babies (up to 3 months old) €99

This package is for expectant mums and those with babies up to 3 months old, who want to set up great sleep habits from the start. I will explain the importance of sleep and provide you with the tools you need to establish good sleep habits from the start of your little one’s life. This will include setting up an appropriate routine and how to encourage independent sleep. I will also be giving you some important information about safe sleep practises.

  • 30 minute phone/video call. We will discuss these strategies and talk about how to set up an appropriate routine for your newborn.
  • Documented summary of our discussion. Detailed notes of our discussion including a summary of the guidance to support your specific situation.
  • An idealised schedule to support good habits for your baby’s sleep.
  • One follow up phone call. A 20 minute follow up call within the first 3 months of your baby’s life.

Newborn package (0-3 months) €245

This package is suited for babies up to 3 months old. I will explain the importance of sleep and provide you with the tools you need to establish good sleep habits from the start, including setting up an appropriate routine and how to encourage independent sleep.   • Preliminary evaluation. 
  • 60 minute consultation (in person, phone or video call). We will discuss sleep advice, including routines and basic sleep requirements.
  • Detailed, fully customised sleep plan. We will discuss this in detail during our consultation.
  • Online sleep logs. To help us track progress and pick up on any issues.
  • Two weeks of follow up support. This includes 3 x 15 minute scheduled follow-up telephone calls and daily text/email support.
  • Goodbye package. When we have finished our time together I will send you some sleep tips that I believe could be helpful for any future challenges (nap transitions, travel, daylight savings time, sickness).

Baby package (4-18 months) €345

Is your baby waking several times during the night? Does your baby need your help to get to sleep (feeding, rocking etc)? Are you having nap issues with your baby?

From 6 months of age most healthy babies are capable of sleeping through the night. However some babies need help with this skill. Using gentle methods I can help your little one to fall asleep independently, sleep through the night and have long and consistent naps.

  • Preliminary evaluation. This is a comprehensive questionnaire about your child’s sleep habits and routines that you will fill out prior to our consultation.
  • 90 minute consultation (in person, phone or video call). We will address the issues that you are experiencing and discuss strategies and troubleshoot possible problems. You will learn how to address bedtime, naptime, night wakings, or any other specific issues you might be dealing with.
  • A detailed, fully customised sleep plan. We will discuss this in detail during our consultation.
  • Online sleep logs. To help us track progress and pick up on any issues.
  • Two weeks of follow up support. This includes 4 x 15 minute scheduled follow-up telephone calls and daily text/email support.

Toddler/Young Child package (18 months – 7 years) 425

Was your baby sleeping well but as they have entered the toddler years they have started to test the limits? Are they stalling at bedtime? Has the transition from cot to bed caused some sleep issues?

Toddlers need structure and routine. Using gentle and supportive methods I can help your toddler/young child get the restorative sleep that they need to help them grow and develop.

  • Preliminary evaluation. This is a comprehensive questionnaire about your child’s sleep habits and routines that you will fill out prior to our consultation.
  • 90 minute consultation (in person, phone or video call). We will address the issues you are experiencing and discuss strategies and troubleshoot possible problems. You will learn how to address bedtime, naptime, night wakings, or any other specific issues you might be dealing with.
  • A detailed, fully customised sleep plan. We will discuss this in detail during our consultation.
  • Online sleep logs. To help us track progress and pick up on any issues.
  • Three weeks of follow up support. This includes 5 x 15 minute scheduled follow-up telephone calls and daily text/email support.
  • Goodbye package. When we have finished our time together I will send you some sleep tips that I believe could be helpful in the future (travel, daylight savings time, sickness).

Mini Package (6 months – 2 years) €199

Do you need a sleep plan and a strategy to help your little one to sleep better but feel like you don’t need the follow up support from me. Then the ‘mini package’ might be right for you!

  • Preliminary evaluation. This is a comprehensive questionnaire about your child’s sleep habits and routines that you will fill out prior to our consultation.
  • 60 minute consultation (video call). We will address the issues you are experiencing and discuss strategies and troubleshoot possible problems. You will learn how to address bedtime, naptime, night wakings, or any other specific issues you might be dealing with.
  • A detailed, fully customised sleep plan. We will discuss this in detail during our consultation.
  • One follow up phone call. One 15 minute scheduled follow-up telephone call to ask me any questions whilst you are implementing the plan.

Do you not need a full sleep package but would like to ask me a specific question? I offer a 30 minute call to discuss any smaller sleep issues you might be having with your little one. For example short naps, nap transitions (dropping a nap), early morning wakings, schedule changes, travel disruption or even poor sleep due to sickness.
